Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 pcs of celery
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 ¼ cup yellow peas
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Finely chop the onion and celery, slice the garlic, and dice the carrots.
- Put all ingredients into the rice cooker pot and mix thoroughly.
- Close the lid, select the SOUP program and cook for 2 hours.
TIP: Add a tablespoon of cream to the soup and blend with a stick blender.
