Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 pcs of celery
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 ¼ cup yellow peas
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the onion and celery, slice the garlic, and dice the carrots.
  2. Put all ingredients into the rice cooker pot and mix thoroughly.
  3. Close the lid, select the SOUP program and cook for 2 hours.

TIP: Add a tablespoon of cream to the soup and blend with a stick blender.
